This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into electronically between Trueself ("Seller", "we", "our", or "us") and the customer ("Buyer", "you", or "your") upon completion of an order through www.wearetrueself.com (the "Website").
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

2. Buyer Information
The Buyer's identity and contact information are those provided during checkout, including:
- Full name
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Email address
- Telephone number
3. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding the online purchase of products offered through the Website in accordance with:
- Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
- Regulation on Distance Contracts
- Other applicable Turkish legislation
4. Products and Prices
The essential characteristics, quantity, color, size (where applicable), sales price, taxes, shipping fees, and total payment amount are displayed on the product pages and at checkout before the order is confirmed.
All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice until an order has been accepted.
5. Order Confirmation
An order becomes binding once:
- Payment has been successfully authorized; and
- The Buyer receives an electronic order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or legal obligations require cancellation. Any payments received for a cancelled order will be refunded through the original payment method.
6. Payment
Payments may be made using the payment methods available on the Website.
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers. TrueSelf does not store customers' complete payment card information.
7. Delivery
Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during checkout.
Estimated delivery times displayed on the Website are indicative only and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, courier operations, or force majeure events.
Ownership of the products passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer once the products are delivered to the address specified in the order.
8. Inspection Upon Delivery
The Buyer should inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, the Buyer should notify the courier and contact TrueSelf without delay.
Claims regarding damaged or incorrect products should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:
Photographs of both the product and packaging should be included where possible.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason, except where statutory exceptions apply.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify TrueSelf by email within the withdrawal period.

Returned products must:
- Be unused and unworn;
- Be in their original condition;
- Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories;
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products exempted under applicable Turkish legislation, including but not limited to:
- Products manufactured according to the Buyer's specific requests;
- Clearly personalized products;
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after use;
- Gift cards or digital products where applicable.
Because TrueSelf garments are individually handcrafted, customized or personalized products produced specifically for a customer may not qualify for withdrawal.
11. Refunds
After the returned product has been received and inspected, the Buyer will be notified regarding approval of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within the period prescribed by applicable law.
Shipping charges may only be refunded where required by law or where the return results from the Seller's error.
12. Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our handcrafted collections, exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or incorrectly supplied products will be replaced where possible.
13. Customer Obligations
The Buyer agrees that:
- All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
- The purchased products are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
- The Buyer will comply with all applicable laws regarding the purchase and use of the products.
14. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, governmental actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, cyber incidents, epidemics, or other force majeure events.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
16. Consumer Disputes
The Buyer may submit complaints or disputes to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the applicable monetary limits in force at the time of the dispute.
17. Acceptance
By completing an order through the Website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Right of Withdrawal Policy, and any Preliminary Information Form provided before checkout.
